Haryana Tourism Corporation intends to purchase Electronic Automatic Coffee Machines of Single Group & Double Group having Boiler capacity 6 ltr. and 10.5 ltr respectively, along with Coffee Beans Grinders and Base Counters from the manufacturers/ authorized distributors/ dealers/ stockist for  use  in  its various Tourist Complexes  located in the State of Haryana as per details given in the Tender Document.

The tender document containing specifications, terms and conditions may please be obtained free of cost from the office of the Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd., S.C.O. No.17-18-19, Sector 17- B, Chandigarh, Phone 2702955-56-57 or from the Haryana Tourist Information Bureau, Chanderlok Building, 36-Janpath, New Delhi (Phone 23324910-11) on any working day.  Interested  manufacturers/ authorized distributors/ dealers/ stockist   having VAT/Sales Tax/ PAN/TAN nos,  may quote their minimum  rates F.O.R. destination along with details regarding superiority of technology/ specifications of their products and  by giving full particulars with make, cost,  rate of VAT/Sales tax, excise duty, octroi charges,  AMC/CMC charges etc. along with Earnest Money of Rs.10,000/- (Rs Ten   thousand only)   by demand draft in favour of the Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh in sealed cover duly super scribed   as “Tender - Electronic Automatic Coffee Machines", on the envelop.

The Technical Bid as well as the Financial bid will be accepted only in the prescribed format available with the Tender Document Free of Cost.

The Tenders will be received in the office of the Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd, SCO no. 17-18-19, Sector-17-B, Chandigarh -160017 (0172-2702955-56-57) on or before 11.00 A.M. on 5.5.2008 which will be opened on the same day at 11.30 AM in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be   present at that time.  The Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd. reserves its rights to reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.  Conditional/ incomplete/ belated tenders or the tenders without earnest money (in form of D.D) will not be entertained.
