Only the reputed manufacturers,
authorised distributors/ authorized dealers of reputed manufacturers are
invited to enter into two years rate contract with Haryana Tourism
Corporation for supply of general office stationary items to be used in
its Head Office, SCO- 17- 18-19, Sector 17-B Chandigarh. The tenderer
should have proper sales tax/VAT No. & at least 4 to 5 years experience in
the supply of above said stationary items.
The building of Haryana Tourism
Corporation Ltd., is likely to be shifted from S.C.O. No.17-18-19,
Sector-17-B, Chandigarh to S.C.O.No.55-58, Sector-2, Panchkula (Haryana)
shortly. Therefore all
the firms are requested to quote their rates on F.O.R. HTC, HQ building at
Chandigarh as well as Panchkula.
Rate contract will be finalized for a
period of two years (1.4.2008 to 31.3.2010) but the purchases will be
effected in phases from time to time. The items bearing logo and symbol
of HTC to be supplied shall strictly conform to the HTC specifications.
The documents containing detailed terms and conditions on the basis of
which the rates are to be quoted, can be obtained from its Head Office at
Chandigarh free of cost. The tenders must be accompanied by a demand draft
of Rs.10,000/-. The tenders/ quotations complete in all respect along
with earnest money in the shape of Demand Draft/ Bankers’ cheque in favour
of Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd., payable at Chandigarh should reach
the above mentioned address of the Head Office of the Corporation at
Chandigarh on or before 27-3-2008 by 11-30 A.M.
which will be opened the same day & same time in the presence of all such
parties as may choose to be present. Incomplete or conditional tenders,
belated tenders or tenders without EMD shall be rejected.
